Hi all,
We are trying to fine tune our medication administration policies in regards to guidelines for administration/waste disposal of cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic hazardous medications. For example, tacrolimus is a hazardous medication but we have several patients on it (i.e. failed transplants). Do your nurses follow extra precautions? I supposed during COVID everyone is wearing extra PPE but if you care to share your policies or experience it would be much appreciated!
